Mission

The main goal of the department is to help our SIS students to develop competencies for self-directed and collaborative learning through the effective use of ICT as well as become discerning and responsible ICT users. As a school, we believe in providing a student-centric and ICT-enriched mode of learning and teaching. The school is committed in exploring new technology to enhance learning and teaching.

Basic ICT Standards

The Basic ICT Standards (Primary) is a set of ICT skill competencies from P1 to P6.  These represent the basic level of knowledge, skills and values that pupils need in order to fully benefit from a curriculum enriched with ICT, and eventually thrive in a technology-driven society. These standards have been benchmarked against overseas ICT standards as well as curriculum and existing practices in our schools.
